Dave Paradise

Passions for relationship and service have been the twin engines that have powered Dave’s professional life for the past three decades. Those passions were born during his 21 and a half years of service in the U.S. Navy and have grown and matured throughout his post military career in banking and finance. After completing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Dave earned his MBA in 2011.

Dave has a special knack for making the most complex concepts understandable. He also genuinely enjoys getting to know his clients and building relationships with them. He believes the best financial planning comes from the marriage of heart and head–understanding his clients’ motivations and desires and providing the strategic expertise to help them achieve their goals. Dave believes industry expertise alone is not enough. True financial success is a product of knowing the industry and knowing the client–there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all in financial planning.

Dave came to Minneapolis on military orders in 2006 and chose to retire earlier than he planned in 2008 rather than relocate. Having traveled across the globe and lived across the states, Dave and his wife love to tell people that Minnesota is their chosen home. He is a frequent speaker in men’s ministry at his church and loves coaching youth sports. Dave is the proud father of four sons; he and Renee have been happily married since 2000 and reside in Lakeville.
